For a very quick but delicious avocado pesto recipe that goes well with spaghetti, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 10 dried tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 40 grams of pine nuts
  • Basil leaves to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Dice the avocado and mince the dried tomatoes as well as the garlic and basil leaves. The mixture then together with the pine nuts in a blender and puree. Then just add the olive oil and season everything with salt and pepper.

An even more fruity pesto is available from the following recipe, which requires these ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 mango
