Lavender strawberry jam

  • 500 g jam sugar 2: 1

➲ Preparation:

❶ At the beginning, the apricots must be washed, pitted and quartered. Then the fruits are filled with the gelling sugar and lemon juice in a pot and allowed to rest overnight.
