If you have trees in your garden, you will surely have discovered one or the other fungus. Mostly we let them grow regardless of what you should not do, because these fungi can harm the tree.
Look for these four types of mushrooms:
- Brandkrustenpilz: This fungus manifests itself by a white coating on the bark, near the ground. He can cause rot.
- Redpust fungus: The name says it all, because it is easy to recognize by its reddish color. It has small fruiting bodies and is usually found on branches.
- Sulfur porcine: This fungus is even recognizable as such. He has up to 40 centimeters wide fruiting bodies, which are arranged like a roof tile. He rots the trunk from the inside.
- Tree crayfish: It prefers fruit trees. It is like the red pustle cancer in a red color and has fruiting bodies, which can be up to 5 millimeters in size.
The problem with these mushrooms is that there are no remedies against them. You should therefore remove infected branches. Otherwise, you can do nothing more than to pay attention to a good water and nutrient supply.
