What's so special about smoothies? Quite simply: Thanks to them, you can treat yourself to a healthy snack in between, without having to cut fruit. Sweet or sour peach smoothie
The following smoothie can be made to taste sweet or slightly sour. If you do not want to make the smoothie so sweet, then just use orange soda instead of orange juice.
- 1/2 peach
- 1/4 sour apple (e.g., Braeburn)
- 30 g of raspberries
- 50 ml ice cold orange soda (or freshly squeezed orange juice)
- 1 tablespoon of ground hazelnuts
- 1 tsp. Hazelnut crisp
- pushed ice
➤ Step 1:
First, halve the fresh peach and seed. Then wash the peach halves and dry thoroughly. Then cut the pulp into small pieces and place in a blender.
➤ Step 2:
Remove the core from the Apple Quarter, then peel and finely grate it before coming to the peach in the blender. Then rinse the raspberries under running water, pat dry and place in the blender. Finally, the ground hazelnuts and the orange juice (or the lemonade) with in the blender. Then mix everything well.
➤ Step 3:
To get a cool smoothie, add two to three tablespoons of crushed ice. Run the blender again briefly, fill everything in a glass and sprinkle with the brittle.
Variation for a creamy peach smoothie
