After bringing the liquid to a boil, add the peaches and cook over a low flame for 10 minutes. Then rinse the peaches, peel them, remove the seeds and cut into slices about one centimeter thick. Then you have two options to dehydrate peaches.

The easiest way to dehydrate the fruits is naturally in the sun. But for that the temperature must be constant between 25 and 30 degrees. Besides, it has to be sunny and dry.
