❖ Recipe # 1 - Paprika Quark
- 1 small red pepper
- 200 grams of cottage cheese, leaner
- 1 pinch of hot paprika powder
- Salt to taste
First wash the pepper, free it from its seeds and the cuticle and then cut into very small pieces. Then mix the quark with the paprika powder and add a little salt. Now just add the pieces of pepper and mix everything very thoroughly.

- 3 pickled tomato peppers
- 1 pickled peppers
- 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
- 50 grams of shepherd's cheese
- 300 grams of cream cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chilli powder, to taste

- 50 grams of cleaned carrots
- 25 grams of onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon of frozen dill
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Thyme, to taste
Chop the vegetables, heat the oil in a saucepan and then sauté the vegetables. Cover the whole thing and simmer gently for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then cool everything, add the herbs and the ground hazelnuts and then puree the mixture. Then only season with a little salt and if you wish also with thyme and the spread is ready.
