Ingredients for the recipe (for 12 pieces)

  • 150 g pumpkin meat
  • 1 apple (sour),
  • Juice and grated peel of a lemon
  • 150 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 75 g of ground almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 80 ml of oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 100 g chocolate drops
  • 12 muffin cases (paper)


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat) and place the muffin cups on a baking tray. Finely grate the pumpkin meat, peel the apple, quarter, corer, also finely plan, drizzle with lemon juice. In a bowl, mix the flour dry with the baking powder. Add the ground almonds and lemon and mix everything with the grated pumpkin and apple pulp. Whisk the eggs in another bowl. Add sugar, oil, vanilla sugar and milk and stir well with a whisk or blender. Stir the pumpkin and apple mixture under the dough. Then fill this into the muffin molds and distribute the chocolate drops. Bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Then remove from the oven and allow to cool.
