Sweet and spicy chili sauce recipe (for 4 people)
Preparation time: approx. 35 minutes
3 red chili peppers
2 red Thai chili peppers
3 cloves of garlic
50 g red pepper
50 ml of rice vinegar
80 g of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fish sauce
1. Wash chili peppers and mince them. Peel garlic cloves and also chop. Wash the pepper, remove seeds and cut into very small pieces.
2. Puree the chillies, garlic and paprika in a blender.
3. Pour 200 ml of water, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and chilli pepper paste into a saucepan, stir and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat while stirring for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Allow to cool slightly and stir in the fish sauce. Chilli sauce z. B. fill in clean ironing bottles and store in the refrigerator.
